You will receive a special report, in the TSN shopper's own words, about what the employee did to be noticed as a Superstar.
TSN's Superstar sightings provide you with an opportunity to recognize employees who provide outstanding service to your customers. The special Superstar reports you will receive may be shared not only with the Superstar, but with all of your employees.
When a Superstar knows they've been a “caught in the act” of being a great employee, and they are recognized for it, they are motivated to continue doing a good job. It's also a reminder to other employees that they never know when they will encounter a mystery shopper, and they need to treat every customer as though they were a mystery shopper.
